HOW MUCH ARE YOU WORTH?

This is how much some of our world leaders are earning. If you are like me, you may want to ask, do they really deserve it? Of course, the likes of Putin (Russian president), do not deserve a salary for destroying lives that he did not and cannot create. However, little or nowhere will what you and I think matter if all we do is to talk, comment and do nothing.

We need to face the challenge before us and begin to rise up to the task that we have been born to carry out. No one was born to be a waste or a passer-by. We all have a calling and purpose for our lives and could earn more than these.

Some of us and our children are the future leaders of our countries, but this prophecy or dream will not come to pass if we remain where we are before we read this page. But if we will just ask ourselves and our Creator what the next step is and begin to take it or walk it, even the sky will not be our limit.

Be challenged today and take action as you become the next most important person in your sphere of influence.

Yes, they’re running a country, but how much are they getting paid?

When Vladimir Putin announced that he and his staff would be taking a 10 percent pay cut due to economic sanctions imposed on Russia, many wondered if he would even feel the difference to his wallet.

And maybe he won’t, but Putin’s £90,957.73 a year is nothing compared to the earnings of Hsien Loong, who rakes in nearly 10 times that amount at £1,136515.59.

And it might surprise you to learn that Barack Obama’s salary also pales in comparison to the Singapore premier’s, despite the US President being the second-highest paid leader with a yearly income of £276,522.74.

The UK’s David Cameron is the sixth-highest paid leader, earning £143,659.71, with Canada’s Stephen Harper, Germany’s Angela Merkel and South Africa’s Jacob Zuma taking up the third, fourth and fifth positions respectively.

Vladimir Putin’s salary is nearly £30,000 less than that of France’s Francois Hollande while Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, has a salary of just £20,264.85 – almost £60,000 less than Brazil’s Dilma Rousseff.
